Domaine de la Pousse d'Or, under Patrick Landanger since 1997, treats this parcel with characteristic care: cold maceration, indigenous yeasts, gravity-fed bottling, unfined and unfiltered. The 2016 vintage was small and concentrated after spring frost, and nine years in the wine has shed its initial reserve.
