Lalú's parcel is 1.5 hectares in the southern part of Bussia, on Sant'Agata Fossil marl, farmed organically with grass left growing between the rows. Lara Rocchetti and Luisa Sala are friends and schoolmates. In 2019 they set up their winery in a small former workshop in Serralunga d'Alba. The Barbera is never an afterthought here. Fermentations use native yeasts.
