Lara Rocchetti and Luisa Sala started the estate in 2019 (the name joins the first syllables of their first names). Before that they learned the trade working harvests at Trediberri, Reva and Conterno-Fantino, with stages in Burgundy at Domaine Lafon and with Cécile Tremblay. Their Le Coste parcel was mostly planted in 1999 on sandy Sant'Agata Fossil marl, and they farm it naturally and regeneratively with a focus on soil health.
