Today Arnaud Machard de Gramont runs it with his sons Alban and Alexis from 19th-century vaulted cellars just south of town near Premeaux-Prissey. The family's ongoing project says a lot about them: replanting old hillside vineyards that were abandoned after war or phylloxera. Treat it the way you'd treat any mature bottle.
