{"product_id":"marcarini-barolo-brunate-2007","title":"Marcarini, Barolo Brunate, 2007","description":"Brunate is one of Barolo's grand crus, and the Marcarini family has owned a considerable chunk of it for generations from their base in La Morra. This is the wine that made their name: traditionally made Nebbiolo, macerated a month or more on a submerged cap and aged at least two years in oak, built to reward the cellar. La Morra's Nebbiolo runs more elegant and expansive than Serralunga's, and Brunate's south- and southwest-facing calcareous clay gives that perfume real structure to hang on. The 2007 growing season was warm and generous across Barolo, a vintage that produced plusher, more openly charming wines than the cool classic years — which makes a nearly two-decade-old bottle like this a very inviting way into mature Nebbiolo. The family was among the first in the region to put a cru name on a Barolo label, and Brunate has appeared on their bottles since 1958.","brand":"Private","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":50524984770617,"sku":"NYC-[CNSN]-TTSUMMER0826-092226-170-18","price":99.99,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":false}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0125\/1518\/0601\/files\/IMG-5005.jpg?v=1791647086","url":"https:\/\/nyc.flatiron-wines.com\/products\/marcarini-barolo-brunate-2007","provider":"Flatiron Wines \u0026 Spirits NYC","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
