Marchand-Tawse is Pascal Marchand, the Québécois who made his name at Comte Armand and Domaine de la Vougeraie, in partnership with Moray Tawse of Niagara since 2011; the fruit is hand-harvested and the vineyards are farmed biodynamically. Harvest in 2023 began on 9 September and ran three weeks, with the reds mostly landing around 13% alcohol.
