The palate is sleek and juicy, framed by brisk acidity, ultra-fine tannins, and a cool, mineral edge that gives the wine a persistent, mouthwatering finish.

Fermented with native yeasts and handled minimally, this is Gamay that feels almost Alpine in spirit—bright, energetic, and begging for a slight chill. Think Cru Beaujolais by way of Oregon’s misty hills.
