This necessitates three years of extended maturation before release.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt's a psychedelic Syrah: dripping inky blood and meat musk, perfumed by wild flowers and black-and-red pepper flakes, stark cherry and plum fruit round out the wine, but play second fiddle to the taut structure.
