{"product_id":"michel-bouzereau-meursault-le-limozin-2024","title":"Michel Bouzereau, Meursault Le Limozin, 2024","description":"Here's a village Meursault from the Bouzereau domaine most people rate as the best of the five that carry the name, and it comes from a parcel young enough that you can follow it almost from the start. The domaine's 0.4 hectares of Le Limozin grow on clay and limestone, and the vines only went in in 2018. That makes this a young-vine wine and one of the newest voices in the cellar. Le Limozin is one of three village-level Meursault lieux-dits the domaine bottles on its own, alongside Les Grands Charrons and Les Tessons, so it's a good way to taste how one Meursault address differs from the next. Jean-Baptiste Bouzereau took over from his father Michel in 1999. He has farmed organically since 2005 and has moved toward biodynamics without bothering to get certified. The whites ferment on native yeasts in barrel with their fine lees and no sulfur, rest on those lees until the next harvest, and are bottled unfined and unfiltered according to the lunar cycle. The domaine recommends serving it at 12–14°C.","brand":"Martine's (T.
