The rest of the parcel went in in 1989. Old vines on thin soil over rock is exactly what Meursault lovers look for, and it's rare to find it this clearly spelled out at village level. Michel Bouzereau is a seven-generation Meursault family that has farmed organically since 2005 and has spent the last decade moving toward biodynamics, without bothering to get certified. The cellar is just as hands-off. The juice goes into barrel with its fine lees and no sulfur, then ferments on native yeasts and rests on the lees until the next harvest. The wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered, timed to the lunar cycle.","brand":"Martine's (T.
