Sebastien Mouzon is the ninth generation of his family in Verzy, farming biodynamically since 2008 and planting trees among the vines from 2011. Verzy's chalk carries a seam of silex, and it shows: even in its most Pinot-driven bottling, the mineral part does most of the talking.
