However, for really difficult vintages they may have to fall back on some higher QTYs of copper sulf. ...In the last 10 years they only had 2 vintages that were challenging in this way."VINIFICATIONFree-run juice vinified with no skin contact. Ferments in the bottle with native yeast. The wine remains on the lees and is not disgorged. One bottling per year in March.AGINGAged briefly in the bottle before its release.
