{"product_id":"petit-roy-savigny-les-beaune-2019","title":"Petit-Roy, Savigny les Beaune, 2019","description":"A village Savigny-lès-Beaune from a winemaker whose résumé reads like a list of Burgundy's most coveted cellars, though his own wines are refreshingly free of fuss. Seiichi Saito, a Japanese expat of Chinese origin, studied at the wine school in Beaune. He then worked at Bize, Mugnier, Rousseau and Leflaive before starting Petit-Roy in 2017 from a base in Chorey-lès-Beaune. He owns just 2.1 hectares of regional-appellation vines and fills out the range with grapes bought from friends in what he calls Burgundy's \"modest\" appellations. That's exactly where the value hides, and Savigny is a textbook case. This is 100% Pinot Noir, and for his reds he favours whole clusters and a light hand on extraction. The goal is bright, pure, mouthwatering Burgundy you open for the pleasure of it, not for the label, which is about as un-stuffy as the Côte de Beaune gets.","brand":"Private","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":50673993089081,"sku":"NYC-[PVT]-PCSOCTOB1026-100626-13-2","price":69.99,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0125\/1518\/0601\/files\/IMG-4938.jpg?v=1791580913","url":"https:\/\/nyc.flatiron-wines.com\/products\/petit-roy-savigny-les-beaune-2019","provider":"Flatiron Wines \u0026 Spirits NYC","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
