Petra Brédová's 1.5 hectares of 45 year old vines on the rolling limestone and granite hills only produce 3,000 bottles a year. The name 'Vina Na Slupkach' translates to "guilt on the skins" — it's a play the phrase 'wine on the skins', which is the only kind of wine she makes. Rysak is a traditional blend of lightly macerated white and red grapes, low in alcohol, earthy and elegant.
