Now fully organic in both grape and wine, the estate works mostly with indigenous varieties, and this Refošk is the calling card: hand-farmed fruit, gentle winemaking, no oak interference. Expect crunchy dark cherry, blueberry skin, sea-spray salinity, and the variety's signature crackling acidity.
