Mouthwateringly fresh, with explosive orchard fruit flavors (white peach, apricot) and a sleek, spicy finish — a hint of ginger, perhaps. The texture is refreshing and juicy, a complex and complete wine that is nonetheless a genuine quaffer. It's a blend of younger vines (around 30 years old) of local indigenous varieties. The vineyards are roughly at 400-600 meters of elevation.
