The aim instead is a sophisticated, intellectual take on Margaret River Cabernet. As is the house practice, the Cabernet is wild-fermented in small batches and basket-pressed; the 2021 blends 86% Cabernet Sauvignon with 14% Malbec and spent 17 months in French oak barriques, 37% of them new.
