{"product_id":"willi-schaefer-graacher-domprobst-riesling-kabinett-ap-03-2011","title":"Willi Schaefer, Graacher Domprobst Riesling Kabinett AP #03, 2011","description":"A mature Kabinett from the estate many consider the platonic ideal of Mosel Riesling, and from a Schaefer vineyard that rewards patience. The family's Domprobst wines are smokier, more mineral and more shadowy than their Himmelreich bottlings, and they take longer to open up. That makes a 2011 with more than a decade in bottle a good moment to meet one. Domprobst is a steep Graach slope, 45 to 75 percent. Its weathered Devonian slate carries a deep, clay-rich topsoil, and the slope faces south-southwest. The name comes from the Cathedral Provost of Trier, who was owed a third of Graach's wine tithes. Schaefer farms just 4.2 hectares, with old, sometimes century-old, ungrafted vines. From picking through fermentation to bottling, everything is done by taste and feel.","brand":"Private","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":50524996894777,"sku":"NYC-[CNSN]-TTSUMMER0826-092226-219-24","price":49.99,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0125\/1518\/0601\/files\/Willi-Schaefer-Graacher-Domprobst-Riesling-Kabinett-AP-03-2011-White-Wine-Flatiron-Wines-Spirits-New-York.jpg?v=1790154841","url":"https:\/\/nyc.flatiron-wines.com\/products\/willi-schaefer-graacher-domprobst-riesling-kabinett-ap-03-2011","provider":"Flatiron Wines \u0026 Spirits NYC","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
