We loved this wine for its aromas and clear, bright fruit flavors: strawberry, raspberry, crushed rocks and candied rose petals. 90% white grapes and 10% red, fermented and aged on its skins for 2 months in old (old) amphorae, or talha. It's kind of a rosé, kind of an orange wine, but no matter how you classify it, it's insanely delicious and unique. The grapes come from old, co-planted and organically farmed vines and the amphorae used for fermentation and aging are between 100-400 years old.
