Marcell Bukolyi's Kisfiam (“my boy”) is the only certified organic Egri Bikavér (Bull’s Blood). It is rich, structured and lively, with notes of cherry cobbler, herbs and spices on the nose, with raspberries and zippy grapefruit on the palate and an earthy long finish. Spontaneous fermentation in open vats without temperature control, followed by aging in used Hungarian oak for 12 months. Unfiltered and unfined. Kékfrankos, Syrah, Pinot Noir and Cabernet Franc.
