For holiday delivery, place your order by December 17 for New York, New Jersey and Connecticut, and by December 10 for the rest of the country. To prevent delivery problems: 1. ship to office addresses and plan for arrival before the week of Christmas, when many offices are closed and gifts come back to us as undeliverable. 2. Send us a verified address and a working phone number for every recipient. Wrong addresses and missing phone numbers cause the majority of shipping exceptions and delays. Every wine delivery requires the signature of an adult 21 or older.

We ship corporate wine gifts to recipients in most US states. Tell us where your recipients are located when you get in touch and we will flag any exceptions before you finalize the list.

Yes! As long as you have an email address, you can send them a gift card or membership in one of our wine clubs (we'll reach out and nail down the delivery details).

Yes, most corporate orders use two or three tiers. A typical structure is a bottle under $50 for a wider client or prospect list, a $50 to $100 bottle for senior contacts, and a $100+ bottle for partners, investors or the C-suite. You give us the list with a tier next to each name and we handle the rest.

Yes. Options include a printed gift note, branded inserts, and a QR code that links to your landing page. For the message itself, one message for all recipients is the standard and the fastest to fulfill. Some customers bring in handwritten cards for specific recipients and we pack them with the bottles. Individual printed messages per recipient are possible on request; they take longer to prepare and need a clean spreadsheet from you, so allow extra lead time. Extra charges may apply.

We will co-host a tasting with you. Orders of 30 or more bottles include a complimentary virtual tasting led by a member of our wine team and hosted by you. Your recipients open their bottles together on a video call, and we walk them through the wines and the producers. You will have the opportunity to address the tasting group.

Virtual tastings are also available for smaller orders at an additional cost.
