100% Carignan from 60+ year old vines on soils of pure limestone. The vineyards are encircled by a small wood of wild garrigue called the "Rompues", helping to temper the hot and dry Mediterranean climate. Fully northern exposure swept by the tramontane winds. Certified Organic.
