Domaine Le Galantin’s “Longue Gard” is a cellar selection crafted only in standout vintages, made from Mourvèdre vines over 45 years old. The 1999 vintage was aged over 20 months in large foudre and released late, showcasing the depth and structure typical of old-school Bandol.

Fermented with native yeasts and partially whole-cluster, the wine is bottled unfined for maximal expression. The domaine, led by Céline and Jérôme Pascale, farms limestone terraces near Le Castellet. A rare, ageworthy Mourvèdre with Provençal grip and complexity.
