Their Rkatsiteli Vardisperi is an amber wine made using Georgia’s iconic qvevri method, where the grapes ferment and age on their skins, developing deep complexity and structure. The 2022 vintage highlights the rich, textural side of Rkatsiteli while retaining its natural vibrancy.

Dried apricot, orange peel, and wild honey lead, layered with notes of chamomile, walnut, and warm spice. The palate is structured and tannic, with a long, slightly saline finish that makes it incredibly food-friendly.
