Made only in select vintages, L’Ermitage is Roederer Estate’s tête de cuvée—a flagship bottling that draws on the house’s Champagne heritage and deep roots in California’s Anderson Valley. Crafted from estate-grown Pinot Noir and Chardonnay and aged on lees for nearly five years, the 2017 release is a study in balance, complexity, and restraint.
