Sourced from carefully tended vines, this 2023 vintage captures the pure, racy character that makes Hunter Semillon so unique. With no oak influence, the wine is all about precision, acidity, and the potential to evolve beautifully over time.

Lime zest, green apple, and white florals lead, with hints of lemongrass and wet stone adding depth. The palate is tightly wound and refreshingly dry, with a crisp, steely backbone that promises years of graceful development.
