Enclos, taste-wise, is pure Bordeaux classicism. Think Saint-Émilion, but a bit brighter, more lifted. It’s fresh, earthy, and structured for food or even a little aging. While most of Bordeaux is pretty flat, Peyruche’s vines are high up on the slope, a cooler microclimate (with cool, water-retaining soils), perfectly positioned to contend with global warming.
