A new generation took over this small family-run Aube domaine and is now producing top wines for this increasingly interesting sub-region of Champagne. This wine is 70% 2021 base, and 30% solera wine going back to 2009. Most of the vines here are planted in kimmeridgian soils, giving the wine an energy and drive that is unmistakably "Aubois".
