La Tartufaia comes from organically farmed vines planted in clay and marl at over 450 meters in La Morra—one of Barolo’s cooler, higher-elevation zones.

The 2021 vintage brings balance and tension, and this wine showcases it beautifully: wild strawberry, rose petal, violet, and hints of tea leaf and forest floor glide across a sleek, focused palate. Tannins are present but polished, and the acidity gives the wine a lifted, graceful finish that makes it approachable young but built to evolve.

Aged in large Slavonian oak, La Tartufaia leans toward the classical side stylistically but with a fresh, floral energy that sets it apart. Ideal for lovers of Nebbiolo with finesse—this is a Barolo that wears its power lightly and speaks fluently in the language of elegance.

Sandy-textured tannins are speckled throughout, coming together in a graceful grip. The fruit is juicy and sapid.
