Lamoresca’s Sicilia Bianco isn’t your average Mediterranean white. It’s a field blend of mostly Vermentino (plus some local grapes you’ve probably never heard of), grown way inland on clay and volcanic soils, and made with just enough skin contact to give it grip, glow, and a whole lot of personality.

The 2023 hits that perfect Lamoresca balance: peachy and floral, but also salty, herbal, and a little wild around the edges. It’s got that natural-wine vitality—unfiltered, unfined, and full of life—but it’s still clean and totally food-friendly.

Throw it in the fridge, then pair it with anything from grilled fish to garlicky pasta to nothing but a Sicilian sunset in your imagination.
