"The NV Brut Nature Tradition Premier Cru is a blend of half Meunier, 40% Pinot Noir and 10% Chardonnay picked in Vrigny and fermented and aged in foudre, barrels and tanks without any added sulfites. Juicy red and green apple notes are shy on the nose. The palate comes with a buttery notion and a sense of slightly bitter but pleasant phenolics that rather call for food on this rounded, Pinot-dominant wine. The foam is lively but fine and an essential, yeasty saltiness at the core makes this most appetizing. Zero dosage." -Antonio Galloni
