Named after his Italian mother and grandparents, the Fernet Pianta blends 21 carefully selected ingredients—including saffron, myrrh, aloe ferox, peppermint, and gentian root—into non-GMO neutral grain spirit for two weeks of maceration. Water is then added and the mixture is filtered before sugar and organic peppermint oil are incorporated prior to bottling.
