Bergère’s “Vignes de Nuits” is a single-varietal, Extra Brut Champagne made entirely from Pinot Noir, grown in the Côte des Bar—a region known for its Kimmeridgian soils and ideal conditions for ripe yet mineral-driven fruit. Vinified with care and aged on the lees, this cuvée shows the serious side of Pinot in Champagne: textural, structured, and dry without austerity.

You’ll find aromas of red apple skin, crushed chalk, hazelnut, and subtle spice, with a fine mousse and a long, stony finish. It’s bone-dry but balanced, with the depth to pair with food and the finesse to sip solo if you're in the mood for something cerebral.
