A celebration of Pinot Noir, this Brut Nature Champagne is all about freshness and depth. The Clandestin Boréal Blanc de Noirs draws its complexity from minimal intervention, letting the natural qualities of the fruit shine through with every sip.

Ripe strawberries, raspberries, and a touch of cherry are complemented by subtle floral aromas and a whisper of brioche, creating a harmonious nose. On the palate, the wine is crisp and bright, with the fresh fruit balanced by an undercurrent of minerality and fine bubbles that lend a creamy mouthfeel. The finish is clean, dry, and refreshing, with lingering notes of citrus and toast.

Ideal for pairing with oysters, grilled seafood, or light appetizers, this Champagne is versatile enough to elevate any occasion. While it’s delicious now, it has the balance and structure to evolve over time.

Champagne

Champagne boasts some of the world’s greatest luxury brands with Krug, Cristal and, of course, Dom Perignon. But it’s also home to hundreds of small dynamic producers—farmers who grow their own grapes (often organically) and make (often with natural methods) tiny amounts of pure and absolutely delicious wine that reflect the individual personalities of their villages and terroirs. Toast with these wines, for sure. But also treat them like the great wines they are: taste, drink, explore!
