J. Vignier is a grower Champagne estate in Cramant, run by Nathalie Vignier, whose family has cultivated vines in the Côte des Blancs for generations. The domaine specializes in terroir-focused, low-dosage Blanc de Blancs Champagnes. Pur Cramant comes from a single lieu-dit, Les Fourches, in the Grand Cru village of Cramant—one of Champagne’s most celebrated sites for Chardonnay. The 2016 vintage is vinified and aged with long lees contact, then bottled as Extra Brut to showcase purity and minerality.
