Maria & Sepp Muster are pioneers in biodynamic viticulture in Southern Styria. Their Sauvignon Vom Opok 2023 springs from organically farmed vines on opok soils—mineral-rich marl, clay, and silt—hand-harvested from steep slopes.

Grapes ferment spontaneously in large wooden vats and age for ~20 months in neutral oak without fining, filtration, or added sulfur. This dry Sauvignon offers crisp structure, earthy tension, and flinty precision, a pure reflection of terroir.
