Silver Heights’ 2022 The Last Warrior White is a biodynamic blend of Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc, grown at high elevation in Ningxia’s Helan Mountains. Fruit is hand-harvested and fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel, with no malolactic conversion to preserve freshness.

A portion sees brief aging in used Burgundy barrels, adding texture without overt oak influence. The wine is crisp, mineral, and lightly tropical—an energetic and terroir-driven white from one of China’s most acclaimed estates.
