Cyprien Arlaud crafts Pinot Noir of refinement and structure from the Aux Cheseaux Premier Cru in Morey-Saint-Denis, where limestone soils meet the border with Gevrey-Chambertin. The 2010 vintage, now at full maturity, employed restrained new oak (10%) to preserve the wine's inherent elegance. Complex aromas of strawberry, blueberry, raspberry, peony, and cocoa frame a refined palate structured by soft, integrated tannins and a mineral backbone shaped by limestone terroir. This is Premier Cru Burgundy that achieves both power and discretion.
