36 months on lees from one of the world's oldest wineries—Pecchenino dates to the 18th century and remains family-run. The Psea vineyard sits at 700 meters elevation in Bossolasco, where Orlando and Attilio Pecchenino invested in premium sparkling production beginning in 2010. Brut Zero (Pas Dosé) means under 3g/L residual sugar—maximum dryness for purists. Traditional method Pinot Noir and Chardonnay vinified in barriques for complexity.
