White Châteauneuf from Jean-Paul Versino's certified organic estate, founded by his father Jean in 1955. A blend of 35% Grenache Blanc, 35% Clairette, 15% Roussanne, and 15% Bourboulenc from three parcels: Bois de Boursan, La Nerthe, and Barbe d'Asan. Whole clusters pressed in a vertical basket press, fermented in enamel tanks, bottled six months after harvest. The estate spans 10 hectares across 27 parcels, working all 13 permitted varieties with average vine age exceeding 50 years. Just 150 cases produced annually.

The white wine of the domaine represents about 5% of the total production annually. The grape composition is: Clairette 35% / Grenache Blanc 35% / Roussanne 15% / Bourboulenc 15%. The fermentation occurs in enamel tanks and the élevage extends for six months only before bottling. The wine can be enjoyed young for its freshness but its mineral core reaches its ultimate expression several years later.
