VINEYARD
18 hectares located north of the village of Vacqueyras on a plateau known as "La Ponche".
SOIL
Clay marl and rolling rocks
VITICULTURE
Sustainably farmed, grass between vine rows, pruned shoots are crushed and buried to bring more organic matter to the soil. HVE certified in 2021 vintage.
VINIFICATION
Destemmed, 20-25 day cuvaison at low temperatures, daily pump overs.
