The Can Feixes estate has documented history dating to 1400, with continuous wine production since 1690. Today it's farmed organically by the Huguet family on gravelly slopes at over 400 meters elevation on the slopes of Montserrat. Corpinnat is a designation established in 2019 by quality-focused producers seeking stricter standards than traditional Cava—100% organic, hand-harvested grapes from the heart of Penedès. This blend of Macabeo and Parellada with a touch of Pinot Noir spent a minimum of seven years on the lees before disgorgement, with zero dosage (Brut Nature). That extended aging delivers exceptional complexity and finesse: hints of fennel, apple, quince, and grapefruit, with the singular subtlety that only time can provide.
