Fattoria Moretto’s 2023 Lambrusco Grasparossa Secco is a dry, traditional, Charmat-method (i.e., how they make Prosecco) sparkling red from Castelvetro di Modena. The Altariva family farms organically on clay-limestone hills, focusing exclusively on the Grasparossa clone.

Made with native yeasts and extended Charmat fermentation in stainless steel, this wine balances firm tannins with fine bubbles and bright acidity. A savory, structured Lambrusco built for rich Emilian fare.
