Goutorbe-Bouillot’s “Retrospective 00–15” is a solera-style Champagne blending vintages from 2000 to 2015. Made primarily from Pinot Meunier grown in Damery, with smaller portions of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, the wine is sourced from old vines and crafted without malolactic fermentation or filtration.

Bottled Extra Brut at 2 g/L, it offers depth and maturity balanced by tension and freshness. A rare, textural grower Champagne with layers of spice, stone fruit, and floral nuance.
