Thomas Perseval discovered that Champagne terroir lives in the vineyard, not the cellar—so he farms Chamery organically (certified 2012) and lets the wine speak itself into existence. Art'Terre Millesime emerges from three distinct Premier Cru parcels in Montagne de Reims where clay-limestone soils meet northeast-facing slopes, cool breezes, and limited sunlight creating balanced, mineral-driven character. The 40/40/20 blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay emphasizes structure and complexity, aged in oak and on lees for 24 months, then hand-disgorged with zero dosage. Brut Nature Champagne demands confidence: no sugar masks the wine's true nature, letting brioche, stone fruit, and limestone minerality emerge with singular clarity. The 2022 vintage, disgorged February 2024, shows the richness and maturity of a favorable year balanced with Champagne's natural acidity.
