"The NV Rosso Cala Cala, primarily Nerello Mascalese with a dollop of Nerello Cappuccio, reaches up from the glass with a seductive display of ripe cherries, strawberries, sweet exotic spices and camphor. Its soft in feel, quite savory, yet vibrant, leading off with minerals and wild herbs, as rosy florals and tart wild berries come forward toward the close. This tapers off juicy and fresh, framed by a subtle tug of round tannins. Cala Cala translates to "gulp gulp," which youll easily find yourself doing with this highly likable Rosso." -Vinous
