A perennial benchmark for Willamette Valley Pinot Noir, Cristom’s Mt. Jefferson Cuvée is a blend of estate fruit and trusted vineyard partners, crafted with the same care as their single-vineyard wines. The 2023 vintage highlights the region’s cooler, more lifted side: fresh, vibrant, and quietly structured.

Red cherry, raspberry, and rose petal lead the way, backed by subtle forest floor, black tea, and a hint of sweet spice from gentle oak aging. Whole cluster fermentation adds aromatic lift and fine tannin grip, making it both approachable and cellar-worthy. The balance between fruit, earth, and elegance is classic Cristom.

In the 375ml format, it’s ideal for a weeknight dinner, a solo glass with roast salmon or mushroom pasta, or as an intro to Cristom’s elegant, vineyard-driven style. Mt. Jefferson consistently overdelivers—and 2023 is no exception.

Founder and owner Paul Gerrie has used his skills as an engineer and avid researcher to pursue his passion for wine. On his travels to France, he was introduced to and embraced the traditional growing practices of Burgundy which he now instills in his own wines. Use of whole cluster and native yeast fermentation allows for the fruit and land to truly express themselves and Cristom has also farmed sustainably since 1992.
