Doce Mezcal Artesanal Joven is crafted in Santiago Matatlán, Oaxaca from fully ripe Espadín Capón agaves. It’s double-distilled in copper after traditional underground roasting, with restrained pine and oak smoke. Made by a women-owned team focused on heritage and purity.

Bottled unaged at 46% ABV, it offers a clean, earthy profile with pepper, subtle sweetness, and depth. Certified additive-free, gluten-free, and vegan, it’s a modern, precise expression of classic mezcal.
