“L’Esprit de l’Horizon” Blanc 2021 is the signature white from Domaine de l’Horizon, located in Calce, a village famous for its mosaic of soils and windswept terroir. The wine is typically a blend of Macabeu and Grenache Blanc, sometimes with a touch of Carignan Blanc, all from biodynamically farmed, old-vine parcels. The 2021 vintage is marked by clarity, energy, and freshness, highlighting the finesse of this southern French gem.
Fermented with native yeasts and aged in large neutral barrels or concrete, the wine shows white peach, lemon zest, crushed herbs, and almond, with a firm mineral line running through it.
