Fred Jerbis (“Fred’s Herbs”) is the artisanal spirit project of Fred Cremasco, an herbalist and master distiller based in Friuli, northeastern Italy. His Gin is a meticulous infusion of 43 botanicals—all sourced locally or grown organically—including juniper, lemon balm, thyme, licorice root, and bitter orange peel.
Unlike most modern gins, Fred Jerbis’ is macerated rather than redistilled, preserving the full, natural spectrum of aromas and flavors. The result is a deeply layered spirit: fresh and herbaceous at first, with waves of citrus, wildflower, spice, and a touch of earthy depth. It's softer and more savory than typical London Dry styles, offering a rounded, naturalistic feel that’s perfect for sipping neat or crafting more herb-driven cocktails.
This is not gin for a one-note tonic—it’s gin for people who love complexity, terroir, and a true taste of Italy’s wild gardens.
Pair with: Mediterranean-style G&Ts (lighter tonics, fresh rosemary), Negronis, or simply enjoy neat over a large ice cube.
